About Me

My mission is to partner with you on the path to a happier and healthier life with massage therapy that aims at melting away the stress and tension in your body. My integrative approach custom tailors the session according to your needs in the moment.

In turn, you will unwind, restore and find balance in the demands of daily life. I offer education and tools so you can maintain well-being beyond our session.

I started practicing massage therapy in 2003 after graduating from the Oregon School of Massage in Portland, Oregon. I also have a B.A. in Speech Communications/Journalism from California State University Northridge.

My father’s death inspired the transition from a long stint in television news to massage therapy. I wanted to create far-reaching ripples in the health and wellness field through the power of touch.

I do this at a few locations. I massage patients receiving treatments for cancer in their rooms at Oregon Health & Science University hospital. I also see clients in my studio in SW Portland.

My unwind time is spent hiking, yoga-ing, cycling, scrabbling, reading and doing crosswords (in pencil).
